- Coordinating all the communications with foreign partners (EU, US, UK, China, Taiwan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine)
- Pre-contract negotiations, searching of different Goods all over the world (nonwoven filter media, accessories for bags, pocket, panel, cartridge filters for air (gas) and water filtration, welding, sewing and other equipment), questionnaire survey. The placing of orders, search, work with the logistics providers, certification bodies, customs bonded warehouses, insurance companies, calculation of the prime cost of imported goods in Belarus (raw material, production equipment, spare parts and auxiliaries).
- Bilingual contract and addendums preparation, all types of import-export contracts including letter of credit, bank guaranties, import-export contract supervision, execution, purchasing of different equipment for lifting and material handling equipment, attachments, spare parts etc. according to INCOTERMS-2010, claim work, supply- payment balance account supervision, shipping documents preparation and checking, working with customs-house brokers for import and export operations
- Arranging business trips for CEO, colleagues and myself abroad & locally (plane and railway tickets, visa support, transfers, hotels, restaurants, detailed program visit, etc), assisting in arranging partners visits
- Attending foreign fairs, trainings at partners’ factories and places with the company staff and customers
- Assisting in arranging participation in local and foreign fairs
- Business correspondence (every day and involving GMs from both sides)
- Translations, interpretation:
a) written translations (English-Russian; Russian-English) of products tech info, MSDS, business distributor contract, confidential agreements, etc
b) simultaneous translations (English-Russian; Russian-English) while participating or conducting business negotiations and during technical seminars, etc. for which have the appraisal of foreign partners
