I have 5 years of experience in HR sphere. Till August, 2016th I worked as a Research (Recruiting) Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Moscow. I provided search and functional assistance for a wide range of talent acquisition assignments in the Industrial, Healthcare, Finance, Technology and Consumer industries. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, I worked within the Analytical Division of Personnel Marketing with a leading international Executive Search firm Egon Zehnder International and as a Professional Qualifications Training Coordinator with Deloitte in Russia.
I hold a degree in History from Moscow State Pedagogical University. Apart from my native Russian, I speak fluent English and Korean.
In August, 2016 I relocated to Seoul, South Korea and now I work as a teacher of History for russian children and Russian as a foreign language for korean pupils. I have holidays in July and August at school, so these two months I am flexible for any working schedule.
