[Long-term] js/Python/n8n Automation Developer - Focus on Ownership & Communication

Task Description:
We are looking for a sharp, proactive developer to take full ownership of development and maintenance for an ongoing client project.

The Stack:
Core: JavaScript, Python, Docker.
Automation: n8n (Experience with LangGraph is a major plus).
Infrastructure: Server setup, maintenance, and proactive error monitoring.

What "Good Communication" means to us:
We don't just need a coder; we need a partner. This means:
- The "Why" before the "How": You ask clarifying questions before starting.
- Clear Estimates: You provide realistic timelines and meet them.
- Documentation: You document your workflows and code so they are easy to maintain.
- Status Transparency: You provide regular updates without being chased.

Terms:
- Initial phase: Hourly freelance ($15–$20/hr).
- Successful candidates will have a direct path to a 50% part-time position.

Note: English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
