In Australia it’s a big problem to get the loan for the car at the dealership.
The user need to get tons of documentations and consult with professionals.
And for our client business we have build a web application which will help people to get the loan for the car via quick and easy process.
Solution
We have build web application, that allow users to speak and see each other via webcam and in the same time configure the document.
Document is based on text fields and selectors with needed information to get the loan.
Also in some stages, users would need to apply documents like Passport and Bank statements, this can be done from mobile application.
Project Overview
VM is a web application that allows user to setup the loan process, in an easy way.
In VM web application Dealers can get an online help via Live Sessions with professional Analysts who will help Dealer with all the questions, documents and in the end easily apply an E-Signature to proceed.
You can:
- Complete all the needed documentations with professional via video call.
- Attach your personal information documents via mobile document fetch tool.
- View history with video recorded of all the live sessions
- View the statistics of your application
- Add new users and manage applications.
VFM allows an easy way to proceed the long paperwork process, and save much more time for the Dealer to get the loan and prepare all the documents correctly.

Application was created in two month and after and MVP was updated to the product within half year with 3 more big updates.
Owner of VM have sold the platform to 16 dealerships and we are starting the new start up
