TrustPilot is completely impartial, showing all our reviews good/bad, have been very helpful in assisting the set up of our campaign, and always been avaliable to answer my tricky questions.
I love the fact that only genuine customers can respond, and should you feel that their is review fraud occuring, their system seem very fair to remove customers reviews when they cannot provide proof of purchase.
The fact that you can reply to customer comments is very useful. No matter how good your company is, you are always going to get some bad reviews. Being able to start dialog with these customers has been tremendous for us to resolve their issues. And as viewers can see the whole dialog, it paints a far more accurate picture of the company.
