Dear Jury, let me introduce myself. My name is Anna. I am a Bachelor student of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. I would like to present to your attention the results of my research «Peculiarities of recovery of coordination complexity of skaters' jumping elements, after a break in training activity».
The aim of the study: Theoretically justify and experimentally test the means to restore the coordination complexity of jumping elements of figure skaters, after a break in training activity.
The paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, references, and an appendix.
The first chapter focuses on review of Scientific and Methodological Sources of Literature. It highlights such physiological features of figure skating, means to restore the physical form of athletes, after a break in training activities, peculiarities of physical training of figure skaters, the importance of coordination abilities in movement control, characteristics of coordination abilities.
The second chapter is targeted at analyzing recovery of the coordination complexity of jumping elements in skaters aged 8-10.
