Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Credit Grantor has the following responsibilities:
6.1.1. If the conditions specified in paragraphs 2.3, 2.4. and 2.7. of the Contract are carried out, and, if at the moment of giving out the loan there is no any case according to which the Credit Grantor has the right to stop issuing the credit and to demand the early repayment of the loan, make the transfers the amounts of the loan within the available balance of the opened credit line to the account of the Debtor under the conditions specified in the payment instructions of the Debtor.
6.2. The Debtor has the following responsibilities:
6.2.1. Within 5 (five) working days from the date of the receipt of the request from the Credit Grantor about the early redemption in accordance with paragraph 5.1.6. of the Contract to repay the debt on the principal loan and pay the interest for the use of the loan, fees for use of the credit line limit, for the reserving of resources, for the loan servicing, for part-fulfillment of the conditions of the Contract concerning the requirements for the ensuring and the penalties accrued on the date of redemption.
6.2.2. To use the loan strictly for the purpose in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Contract.
6.2.3. To produce to the Credit Grantor correctly executed payment documents in accordance with the purpose of the loan.
6.1. The Credit Grantor has the following responsibilities:
6.1.1. If the conditions specified in paragraphs 2.3, 2.4. and 2.7. of the Contract are carried out, and, if at the moment of giving out the loan there is no any case according to which the Credit Grantor has the right to stop issuing the credit and to demand the early repayment of the loan, make the transfers the amounts of the loan within the available balance of the opened credit line to the account of the Debtor under the conditions specified in the payment instructions of the Debtor.
6.2. The Debtor has the following responsibilities:
6.2.1. Within 5 (five) working days from the date of the receipt of the request from the Credit Grantor about the early redemption in accordance with paragraph 5.1.6. of the Contract to repay the debt on the principal loan and pay the interest for the use of the loan, fees for use of the credit line limit, for the reserving of resources, for the loan servicing, for part-fulfillment of the conditions of the Contract concerning the requirements for the ensuring and the penalties accrued on the date of redemption.
6.2.2. To use the loan strictly for the purpose in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Contract.
6.2.3. To produce to the Credit Grantor correctly executed payment documents in accordance with the purpose of the loan.
