is a React Native application, which is developed by request of the real estate company КОРТРОС.
This application is intended for creating different scenarios for managing the house and all the equipments in it.
This React Native application is integrated into the native application for Swift and Java Android.

*Users can easily manage the entry phone system, door buzzer and gates via their phones even when they are far away from home.
*In case of emergency (burglary, house-breaking or any other kind of breakage), the users get notifications about it.
*MySmartFlat application is also supplied with the market, where users can order and buy the new house equipment.
*MySmartFlat chat allows users to contact with the real estate company and call the emergency services.
