Contract-Transcription.com is a site where any freelance transcribers can transcribe medical articles into podcasts, and get some money for that.
The site is done in a common Freelance sites manner - there are clients and providers, here - doctors and transriptionists. Doctors can choose a
trnscriptionist for a job, via a bidding auction. Doctors can place funds in escrow for the transcriptionists, review resulting media files, leave feedbacks
for the trascriptionists, etc.
The doctors can be also organized in Hospitals with common budget balance.
